We must understand that my presence here is not like that of a referee or judge,
In that case, it would be considered that you are adversaries and not companions.
I am here as a teammate so that we can work as a team.
and teamwork requires sacrifice, carrying each other's burdens while ensuring that no one takes advantage of the other's generocity.
Galatians 6: 2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ
Carrying one another's burdens does not mean illegitimately trusting another, even if they are trustworthy as brothers in faith, relatives, spouses, friends, etc.
There is a measure of faith, acceptable to God, that He allows us to express among ourselves, but the trust that God allows us to express among ourselves is subject to the trust or faith that we have in God,
To clarify, I can only trust my wife to the extent that my wife trusts in Christ, and vice versa. If my wife's trust in Christ diminishes, my trust in her must also diminish, and vice versa. Of course, this brings pain, discontent, discouragement, and many evils. Because we want to have enough reasons to trust our spouse, this need is more urgent than many other things.
But I must learn to love her in that condition. We do not all grow at the same time or to the same extent.
I must also learn to love God with all my heart. Probably not everyone will develop commitments like that, so I must learn to serve and love God even if no one else does it but me and Christ.
The first thing we must do is recognize that in ourselves, as human beings, we do not have the resources to solve anything,
and if we have difficulties it has to be God who resolves them
that's why we are going to PRAY,
This then leads us to depend on God to resolve every conflict and difficulty,
Do not fall into the temptation of wanting to show a strong and vigorous appearance as the main part of your personality, to show others that everything is fine.
If something hurts or you are in distress, communicate it first to God, and then among yourselves.
Don't try to fight a battle alone, it's supposed to be fought as an army.
James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any rejoicing? Let him sing praise. 14 Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.
In spiritual life wars are a reality, we have a real enemy that will seek our destruction.
John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. These are the purposes and intentions of Satan.
But those intentions and purposes are active and he actually seeks these things.
1 Peter 5: 7 Casting all your anxiety upon him, for he cares for you. 8 Be sober, be vigilant; for your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are being accomplished by your brothers throughout the world.
Two things we must know that are very important
#1 God is with us, personally
Deuteronomy 31: 3 The LORD your God, he is passing over before you; he will cut off these nations from before you, and you will possess them.
6 Be strong and of a good courage; do not be afraid or terrified of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen
#2 God wants to begin by removing fear, (fear)
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor let them be afraid .
